Remove an intimate image

If an intimate image or video of you, including a computer-made one, has been shared through Help without your consent, you can ask us to remove it, whether or not you have a Help account. You can also report it in the Help app.

Your request needs: your name and a way to contact you; enough information for us to find the image (for example the Help User ID of the person who shared it, the job, the conversation, or the date); a statement that you believe in good faith the image was shared without your consent; and your signature (type your full name).

We remove the image, and any identical copy we know of, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after we receive a valid request, and we tell you when it is done. Sharing such an image breaks Help's Terms. An image of anyone under 18 is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Who you are

20 to 2,000 characters: the job, the conversation, what the image shows, anything that helps us find it.

You can also send the same information by email to contactus@averentium.com with the subject "Image removal request".
